Gold price increases by Rs24,000 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): On the second day of the business week, gold prices in the country once again recorded a sharp increase, pushing the per tola rate above the Rs500,000 mark.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs24,000, bringing the new rate to Rs514,362.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs20,576 to reach Rs440,982.

Meanwhile, in the international bullion market, gold prices also climbed, with the per ounce rate rising by $137 to reach $4,813.
