Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold witnessed a reduction of Rs1,700 on Monday, with the new rate set at Rs274,500 per tola, down from Rs276,200.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), in terms of 10 grams, the price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs1,457, reaching Rs235,340 from the previous Rs236,797.
The cost of 10-gram 22-karat gold decreased by Rs1,336, bringing it down to Rs215,728 from Rs217,064.
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained stable. Both the per tola and per 10-gram prices held steady at Rs3,400 and Rs2,914.95, respectively, as reported by the ASSJA.
