Gold price decreases by Rs3,400 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold per tola experienced a notable decline of Rs3,400, bringing the rate down to Rs345,800 on Wednesday, compared to its previous value of Rs349,200 recorded on the last trading session, according to All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA).

Similarly, the value of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs2,915, settling at Rs296,467, down from Rs299,382.

The cost of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also saw a reduction, now standing at Rs271,771 from the earlier rate of Rs274,443.

Silver prices followed the downward trend, with the rate of one tola decreasing by Rs70 to reach Rs3,427, while the price for 10 grams slid by Rs60, now valued at Rs2,938.

In the global market, gold witnessed a decrease of $34 per ounce, falling from $3,310 to $3,276. Silver also experienced a drop in value, declining by $0.70 to be priced at $32.27 per ounce.
