Islamabad (Staff Report): At least 12 passengers were killed and five others were injured when a van rammed into the wall of the toll plaza in Islamabad on Monday.
The ill-fated van was heading to Rawalpindi from Sargodha.
According to the Motorway Police, the van was carrying 18 passengers and the apparent reason behind the mishap is that the driver lost control due to over speeding.
All the injured have been shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
