Gold price decreases by Rs2,300 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices in the country have recorded another decline, bringing rates further down in the bullion market.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs2,300, bringing it down to Rs428,936.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs1,972, after which it is now being sold at Rs367,743.

In the international market as well, gold prices witnessed a decline, with the per ounce rate dropping by $23 to $4,065.

Silver prices also went down in the local market. The price of per tola silver decreased by Rs 69 to reach Rs 6,324, while 10 grams of silver stood at Rs5,421.

Bullion dealers say the decline in local prices is mainly due to a drop in international gold rates along with fluctuations in the value of the US dollar.

Experts suggest that global economic conditions and international market trends may continue to influence gold prices in the coming days.
