Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold per tola saw an increase of Rs2,300, reaching Rs288,700, compared to Rs286,400 the previous day.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold rose by Rs1,972, reaching Rs247,513, up from Rs245,541.
The price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold also climbed, rising to Rs226,895 from Rs225,087.
Silver prices followed suit, with per tola silver rising by Rs28 to Rs3,391, and the cost of 10 grams of silver increasing by Rs24 to Rs2,907.
On the international front, gold prices went up by $22, reaching $2,763 from $2,741.
