Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Saturday held a phone call with Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani to exchange views on the fast-changing regional and global landscape.
During the conversation, the two leaders reviewed ongoing international and regional developments and underscored the pressing need to reduce tensions through immediate de-escalation.
The Qatari side commended Pakistan’s consistent efforts to encourage peace by prioritizing dialogue, diplomacy, and constructive engagement.
They also reflected on the strong and enduring fraternal relations between Pakistan and Qatar, reaffirming their shared commitment to further deepen cooperation.
Both sides agreed to stay in regular contact and coordinate closely as the situation continues to unfold.
