Gold price decreases by Rs1,000 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): The of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs1,000 on Friday, settling at Rs467,262, compared to Rs468,262 on the previous trading day, the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (ASGJA) reported.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also fell, declining by Rs858 to reach Rs400,601 from Rs401,459.

Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold lost Rs787, closing at Rs367,230 from Rs368,017.

Silver followed a similar trend, with per tola rates slipping by Rs30 to Rs7,454 and 10-gram rates falling by Rs26 to Rs6,390.

Globally, gold prices saw a modest decline of $10, dropping to $4,445 from $4,455, while silver eased by $0.30 to $69.70, the association added.
