Lahore (Web Desk): Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the provincial government made comprehensive security arrangements during Muharram-ul-Haram, with 124,000 personnel performing duties across Punjab to maintain law and order.

She said the government also took timely steps to address climate change challenges and is actively working on the Clean Air Programme to tackle smog and improve air quality in the province.

Highlighting the performance of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, she said the provincial government is taking practical steps for development and public welfare, adding that the public is appreciating these efforts.

The senior minister also criticised the opposition, saying cut motions are being used for political speeches and that personal attacks should be avoided in political differences.
