Batting first, West Indies women scored 122 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in allotted 20 overs.
In reply, Pakistan women could score 121 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 20 overs.
The second T-20 match between West Indies Women and Pakistan Women cricket teams will be played in Karachi on Sunday.
