Iran is ready for talks 'but not through bullying and coercion', says President Pezeshkian 

New York (Web Desk): Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said Tehran is ready to pursue negotiations to settle disputes, but stressed that Iran will not bow to pressure, intimidation or military force, nor will it allow any party to compel it into submission, Iran’s state-run IRNA news agency reported.

In an interview with US broadcaster CBS, President Pezeshkian said Iran remains willing to engage in dialogue, while noting that Tehran had already been negotiating with Washington and had reached an agreement when Iran came under attack.

“We are doing everything humanly possible, but not through bullying and coercion intended to force us into submission. We’re already negotiating. Why are they concurrently attacking us?” Pezeshkian said.
