Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of International Islamic Bank Sheikh Ali Bin Abdullah Al Thani called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters (GHQ) on Thursday.
According to the Inter-Service Public Relation (ISPR), both the leaders discussed economic cooperation and other matters of mutual interests. They also talked about ways to enhance regional security.
On the occasion, the COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that security situation in Pakistan is getting improved day-by-day and that foreign investment is essential for achieving long-lasting peace.
The visiting dignitary appreciated role of Pakistan Army in ensuring peace and stability in the country and the region which shall facilitate economic activity, the ISPR said.
