Nothing matters to PTI except its founder’s release, says Khawaja Asif

Islamabad (Web Desk):  Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has strongly criticized Pakistan Tehrreek-e-Insaf (PTI), saying the party’s only priority is securing the release of its founder, while issues like national security and police sacrifices are being ignored.

In a post on social media platform X, Asif claimed that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government would focus on freeing the PTI founder but avoid confronting terrorists or attending martyrs’ funerals.

He also highlighted daily sacrifices and injustices faced by police officers nationwide, stating that PTI considers these matters secondary.

Asif further pointed out that internal divisions exist within the party, but all factions agree on one point: the founder’s release takes precedence above all else, including the safety and stability of the nation.
