Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold saw a notable rise, with the cost per tola increasing by Rs1,400 to reach Rs274,000 on Thursday, compared to the previous day's price of Rs272,600.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also went up by Rs1,200, reaching Rs234,911 from Rs233,711.
Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22 karat gold experienced a jump of Rs1,100, climbing from Rs214,235 to Rs215,335.
On the other hand, silver prices remained stable, with the cost per tola staying at Rs3,350 and Rs2,872.08 per 10 grams.
The international gold market saw a slight increase of $14, pushing the price of gold from $2,614 to $2,628.
