Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold saw a reduction of Rs800 per tola on Tuesday, dropping to Rs317,800 from its previous value of Rs318,600.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also declined by Rs686, settling at Rs272,462 compared to Rs273,148 in the previous session.
The price of 22-karat gold experienced a slight drop as well, with 10 grams falling by Rs629 to Rs249,765 from Rs250,394.
In contrast, the prices of both silver per tola and per 10 grams remained steady, holding at Rs3,475 and Rs2,979, respectively.
On the global front, gold prices decreased by $6, reaching $3,021 from $3,027.
Meanwhile, silver prices stayed unchanged at $33.10 per ounce in international markets.
