Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold in Pakistan saw a notable decline, dropping by Rs3,300 per tola to reach Rs348,700, compared to its previous rate of Rs352,000, According to All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA).
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs2,833, now standing at Rs298,950, while the 10 grams of 22 karat gold went down by Rs2,597 to be sold at Rs274,047.
Silver prices also experienced a downward trend, with per tola silver falling by Rs40 to Rs3,497 and 10 grams slipping by Rs35 to Rs2,998.
In the international market, gold prices dipped by $33, moving from $3,338 to $3,305. Interestingly, despite the gold decline, silver prices globally saw an increase of $0.40, rising from $32.93 to $33.33.
