Karachi (Web Desk): The price of gold per tola dropped to Rs318,000, marking a decrease of Rs800 in a single day.
According to All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10 grams of gold fell to Rs272,633, seeing a reduction of Rs686.
This decline aligns with the broader trends observed in international markets, where the global price of gold decreased to $3,022 per ounce, a dip of $9 from the previous day’s value.
As a result, both local and international markets are witnessing downward pressure on gold prices, influenced by fluctuating economic conditions.
