Gold price decreases by Rs1500 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Following a one-day increase, gold prices across Pakistan have fallen sharply once again, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewelers Association.

On Friday, the price of 24-carat gold per tola decreased by Rs1,500, settling at Rs355,700, down from Rs357,200 recorded the previous day.

The price of 24-carat gold per 10 grams also dropped by Rs1,286, now priced at Rs306,241 compared to Rs307,527 earlier.

Meanwhile, 22-carat gold per 10 grams saw a decline of Rs. 1,179, with its new rate standing at Rs280,731.

In contrast, silver prices remained unchanged, with rates steady at Rs4,013 per tola and Rs3,440 per 10 grams.

On the international front, gold prices fell by $15 per ounce, closing at $3,330 from the previous $3,345. Silver prices held firm at $37.80 per ounce.

This fluctuation in precious metal prices reflects ongoing global market dynamics and investor sentiments.
