Gold price declines by Rs5,000 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices fell on Thursday, with 24-karat gold dropping by Rs5,000 to reach Rs426,562 per tola, compared to Rs431,562 the previous day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also went down by Rs4,286, now costing Rs365,708, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs3,929 to Rs335,244.

On the international market, gold was trading at $4,042 per ounce, down $50 from the previous rate of $4,092.

Silver prices also fell, with a per tola rate of Rs5,329, down Rs93 from the day before, and 10 grams priced at Rs4,568, down Rs80. Internationally, silver stood at $50.57 per ounce, a drop of $0.93 from $51.50.
