Rawalpindi Web Desk): Pakistan has conducted successful flight test of Shaheen-III surface to surface ballistic missile, having a range of 2,750 kilometers, the military’s media wing said on Wednesday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) the test flight was aimed at re-validating various design and technical parameters of the weapon system.
“The successful flight test, with its impact point in the Arabian Sea, was witnessed Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee by General Nadeem Raza, Director General Strategic Plans Division, Commander Army Strategic Forces Command, Chairman NESCOM, scientists and engineers,” the ISPR said.

President Dr Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and services chiefs have congratulated scientists engineers.
On December 30, Pakistan Navy conducted successful demonstration of missiles fire from surface to air.
According to a statement issued by Pakistan Navy, the launched missiles successfully engaged intended targets.
Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi observed demonstration of the missiles firing. He expressed satisfaction over Pakistan Navy's operational preparedness.
