9 terrorists killed, DPO, SHO injured in Hangu operation, police say

Hangu (Web Desk): In a significant operation against foreign terrorists, the police in Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, targeted various areas of Doaba. During an exchange of fire, nine terrorists were killed, while DPO Khalid Khan and SHO Doaba were injured.

The operation took place under the supervision of DPO Khalid Khan in the areas of Zargari, Shanawari, and surrounding regions.

Despite intense resistance from the terrorists, the police successfully cleared the area. The injured officers were immediately transferred to the hospital, with DPO Khalid Khan suffering from four gunshot wounds, while SHO Nabi Khan's injuries were reported as minor.

The police have expanded their search operation in the region, with the assistance of local security agencies. The operation was based on intelligence gathered from confidential sources.
