Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices witnessed a downward trend across Pakistan's bullion markets on Thursday, in line with a decrease in rates in the global market.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs2,300, bringing it down to Rs452,936.
Similarly, the rate of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs2,070 and is now being traded at Rs387,615.
Meanwhile, international gold prices also moved lower, with the price per ounce declining by $23 to settle at $4,305. Market observers said the fall in global gold rates was reflected in domestic bullion markets, leading to a reduction in local prices.
