Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold experienced a minor dip, falling by Rs200 per tola to close at Rs282,400 on Saturday, down from Rs282,600 on the preceding day.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), the 10-gram 24-karat gold price also decreased by Rs170, settling at Rs242,112, compared to Rs242,283 previously.
In contrast, the cost of 10-gram 22-karat gold saw a slight uptick, rising to Rs221,944 from Rs222,100.
In the silver market, both per tola and per 10-gram prices faced declines. Per tola silver dropped by Rs24, now priced at Rs3,381, while 10-gram silver saw a reduction of Rs21, adjusting to Rs2,898.
On the global front, gold prices retreated slightly by $2, with the international rate now at $2,703, down from $2,705.
