Dar orders efficient, timely assistance to Pakistani victims of Moroccan boat tragedy

Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Saturday called for better coordination in the government’s efforts to respond to the tragic boat disaster off the coast of Morocco.

The deputy premier said this during a meeting on the subject of Afghan nationals being relocated to third countries.

During the session, the details of the Moroccan tragedy were thoroughly examined.

He emphasized the importance of providing prompt and effective support to the Pakistani nationals affected by the incident.

FM Dar directed both the foreign affairs and interior ministries to ensure that necessary assistance was given to the victims’ families without delay.

High-ranking officials from both ministries, including secretaries, participated in the meeting to review the situation and coordinate the government’s response.
