Karachi (Web Desk): In the first eliminator of the ongoing 9th edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL 9), Islamabad United beat Quetta Gladiators by 39 runs at National Bank Stadium in Karachi on Friday.
After winning the toss, Islamabad United decided to bat first and set a victory target of 175 runs for Gladiators for the loss of 9 wickets in allotted 20 overs.
In reply, Quetta Gladiators were all out at 135 runs in 18.4 overs.
The second eliminator is to be played between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi in Karachi today (Saturday). The match will start at 9pm.
The winning team will face Multan Sultans in the final of the event on Monday in Karachi.
