Dubai: Pakistan has emerged as the leading nation among 65 countries at the prestigious diplomatic conference.
The event was organised by the renowned US-based organization Best Diplomats witnessed fierce competition among over 200 participants from various nationalities.
Amidst an atmosphere charged with anticipation and excitement, it was Amir Hamza Khan, a delegate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan, who claimed the top position and secured Best Diplomats 2023 award.
