Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday to deliberate on the overall political, security, and economic landscape of the country.
During the meeting, particular attention was given to the internal security situation and the measures currently underway to counter terrorist threats.
The prime minister also provided the president with a detailed overview of the government’s current strategies aimed at revitalizing and strengthening the national economy.
The two leaders emphasized their mutual resolve to collaborate closely in pursuit of the country’s stability, development, and long-term prosperity.
The meeting was also attended by senior members of the federal cabinet and key political aides, including Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Law and Justice Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, and Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah.
