PM Shehbaz leaves for Saudi Arabia 


Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif departed for Saudi Arabia on Wednesday on the first leg of his 4-day three-nation visit.

He is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar and Special Assistant Syed Tariq Fatemi.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office (FO), his engagements in Saudi Arabia and Qatar will take place within a bilateral framework, where he is expected to meet the respective leadership to review existing cooperation and deliberate on matters related to regional peace and security.

PM Shehbaz will also visit Türkiye to attend the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

During the forum, he will join fellow global leaders in the Leaders’ Panel, where he will outline Pakistan’s stance on key international issues.

On the sidelines of the Forum, the prime minister is expected to hold bilateral meetings with President Recep Tayyip Erdon and other key world leaders.

Pakistan’s participation in the forum highlights its continued commitment to constructive diplomacy, multilateral engagement, and meaningful dialogue with the global community on issues of international importance.
