Gold price decreases by Rs2,300 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices experienced a notable decline on Wednesday, as the cost of 24 karat gold per tola dropped by Rs2,300, settling at Rs341,900 compared to Rs344,200 a day earlier, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA).

Similarly, the value of 10 grams of 24 karat gold saw a reduction of Rs1,972, bringing it down to Rs293,124 from the previous Rs295,096. In line with this trend, 10 grams of 22 karat gold fell by Rs1,808, with the new rate recorded at Rs268,706, down from Rs270,514.

Meanwhile, silver prices remained steady. The rate for one tola of silver held firm at Rs3,482, while the price for 10 grams stayed unchanged at Rs2,985.

On the global stage, gold also lost momentum, with prices falling by $23 to reach $3,235, a decrease from the earlier value of $3,258. The international price of silver, however, showed no movement and continued to trade at $33.00.
