Colombo (Web Desk): Oman won the toss against Ireland and decided to field first. Tim Tector and Ross opened the batting for Ireland. Tim Tector was dismissed for 5 runs, bowled out by Shakeel Ahmed, while Ross was caught by Aamir Kaleem off Shakeel Ahmed's delivery after scoring 14 runs.

Harry also managed 14 runs before falling to Shakeel Ahmed. However, Gareth Delany scored 56 runs before being dismissed. Lorcan Tucker played a brilliant knock of 94* runs, remaining not out, which included four sixes and ten boundaries. George also remained unbeaten on 35 runs.
