Gold price decreases by Rs200 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices saw a slight decline across the country today, following a sharp increase the day before. According to the latest figures, the price of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs200 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs386,300.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs172, now standing at Rs 331,189.

Just yesterday, the gold rate had surged by Rs2,500 per tola, making today’s drop relatively minor in comparison.

Meanwhile, in the international market, the price of gold also edged down by $2, with the per ounce rate settling at $3,643.

According to market analysts, global economic uncertainty, currency fluctuations, and shifting investor sentiment continue to influence local gold prices.
