Lahore (Web Desk): Lahore came alive as the 10th Faiz Festival, titled “Chand Ko Gul Karein To Hum Janen Gay,” opened its three-day celebration at the Alhamra Arts Council on Friday.
The festival promises a rich blend of literature, performance, and cultural experiences, bringing together enthusiasts from across the country and around the globe.
Festival-goers will have the opportunity to attend more than 40 interactive sessions, alongside the unveiling of over twenty-five new books.
The program is packed with a variety of artistic offerings, including theatre performances, Mushaira, Dastangoi storytelling, drum circles, and hands-on workshops. Visitors can also explore a lively array of food stalls and traditional cultural exhibits, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Delegates and participants from different corners of Pakistan, as well as international guests, are expected to join in the celebrations, highlighting the festival’s global appeal.
