Karachi (Web Desk): Former president and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari was shifted to a private hospital in Karachi on Sunday evening after he felt 'unwell', his party said in a statement.
“Doctors are conducting his medical check-up and necessary medical tests,” PPP said on Twitter.

The PPP co-chairperson’s personal physician Dr Asim Hussain said the former president’s blood sugar level had also dropped drastically.
On Monday, an accountability Court in Islamabad indicted Asif Ali Zardari in Park Lane and Thatta Water Supply references.
The accountability court indicted 19 persons in Park Lane and 15 accused in Thatta Water Supply references.
The former president pleaded not guilty to the charges as the court directed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to present witnesses in the Park Lane reference by October 20 and in the Thatta Water Supply reference by October 21.
