Gold price increases by 5,900 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi  (Web Desk): Gold prices in Pakistan have increased for the second consecutive day, with the price of 24-carat gold per tola rising by Rs. 5,900, reaching Rs. 435,762.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold also saw an increase of Rs. 5,065, bringing it to Rs. 373,595. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold rose by Rs. 4,901, reaching Rs. 342,474.

Internationally, gold prices also saw an increase, closing at $4,134 per ounce, marking a rise of $59.

Silver prices have also risen during the same period. The price of 24-carat silver per tola increased by Rs. 144, bringing it to Rs. 5,353, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs. 124, reaching Rs. 4,589. In the international market, the price of silver increased by $1.44 per ounce, closing at $50.91.

Experts suggest that the rise in gold and silver prices is due to global economic conditions and increasing demand for these precious metals.
