Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices have surged significantly, witnessing a sharp rise of Rs3,100 per tola on Wednesday.
According to local Sarafa Association and the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association sources, the price of 24-carat gold has now reached Rs280,500 per tola in local bullion markets.
Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold has risen by Rs2,658, bringing it to Rs 240,484.
This latest hike marks another milestone in the ongoing upward trend of gold prices, reflecting a broader shift in market dynamics.
Factors such as global economic uncertainty, inflation concerns, and fluctuating currency values are likely contributing to this continued increase in gold's value.
