Bilawal visits Moriya Loop Band, reviews arrangements regarding flood situation 

Larkana (Web Desk): Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday visited the Aqil Agani and Moria Loop embankments of the Indus River in Larkana, where he was given a detailed briefing by irrigation officials regarding the prevailing flood situation.

He sought information about food and drinking water arrangements for families residing in the area in the event of flooding.

During his visit, Bilawal examined the medical camps set up along the embankments to cater to the local population and also observed the facilities prepared by the Livestock Department for the protection and care of animals.

He interacted with doctors and health staff to obtain updates on the availability of medical services and reviewed the operations of the mobile hospital arranged by Rescue 1122.

The PPP chief emphasized that an uninterrupted supply of medicines and necessary facilities must be maintained and directed Rescue 1122 personnel to remain vigilant and ready to respond promptly if the river situation worsens.

He was accompanied on the occasion by Irrigation Minister Jam Khan Shoro, MPA Jameel Ahmed Soomro, Sohail Anwar Siyal, and other officials from the relevant departments.
