Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves reach $2 billion

Karachi (Web Desk): The State Bank of Pakistan has released its weekly report on foreign exchange reserves, showing a significant increase due to the receipt of government funds.

During the past week, official foreign exchange reserves rose by $177.44 million, bringing the total official reserves to $1.45 billion as of July 4.

Additionally, commercial banks saw an increase of $16.32 million in their reserves, holding a total of $552.65 million.

Overall, Pakistan’s total foreign exchange reserves have reached $2.002 billion.
