4.7 magnitude earthquake jolts Balocistan's Barkhan

Quetta – An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale struck Barkhan district and surrounding areas in Balochistan, prompting residents to rush out of homes and shops in fear.

According to the Seismological Centre, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 30 kilometers, with its epicenter located 26 kilometers north of Barkhan.

No casualties or property damage have been reported so far.
