Rawalpindi (Web Desk): An accountability court on Tuesday indicted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former premier Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana reference filed against them by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Accountability court Judge Muhammad Bashir conducted the hearing of the case at Adiala jail where the former premier is currently incarcerated in the Toshakhana and £190 million cases.
NAB’s Deputy Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, along with other members of a special prosecution team, was present in the court.
Imran Khan was represented by his lawyers Latif Khosa and Umair Niazi.
The court framed individual charges against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in connection with the Toshakhana case. The accused refuted the allegations.
Bushra Bibi was also provided the copies of £190 million reference.
Imran Khan’s sisters and a number of media persons were also present in the court.
