Bilawal says economy can't be run through force, ensures PPP's role to resolve traders' issues

Lahore (Web Desk): Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that the country’s economy cannot be run "through force."

Addressing traders and industrialists at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) in Lahore, he criticized the former Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf (PTI) government for attempting to run the economy through coercion.

Bilawal Bhutto also highlighted the provincial performance in tax collection, noting that the Sindh province is outperforming others in this regard.

He mentioned that all provinces have surpassed the federal government's record. On this occasion, he emphasized the need for transparency in tax collection.

He further mentioned that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is also keen on addressing the issues of traders.

Bilawal assured the traders that the PPP "will continue playing its role" in resolving their issues.
