Islamabad (Staff Report): The accountability court on Wednesday rejected former premier Nawaz Sharif’s petition to club corruption references filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Sharifs.
Early on Wednesday, Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaw and son-in-law Capt (retd) Safdar arrived at the accountability court for a case hearing pertaining to NAB references against them.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz [PML-N] leaders Marriyum Aurangzeb, Talal Chaudhry and Tariq Fatemi are also present at the court.
On Tuesday, the court reserved the verdict on the petition filed by the former premier to club corruption references.
