Pakistan announces 15-player squad for T20 series against Bangladesh

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 15-player squad for the upcoming T20 International series against Bangladesh, scheduled to take place from July 20 to 24 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka. Salman Ali Agha will captain a team that blends seasoned professionals with promising new players.

The roster includes Abrar Ahmed, Ahmed Daniyal, Faheem Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Talat, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, along with wicketkeepers Mohammad Haris and Sahibzada Farhan. Also selected are Mohammad Nawaz, Saim Ayub, Salman Mirza, and Sufyan Moqim.

The squad will benefit from a strong support team led by head coach Mike Hesson. Ashley Noffke has been named bowling coach, Muhammad Hanif Malik will supervise batting, Shane McDermott will focus on fielding, and Cliffe Deacon will serve as the physiotherapist. Naveed Akram Cheema has been appointed team manager, with Grant Luden in charge of strength and conditioning.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has also announced that the squad for the upcoming white-ball series against the West Indies will be shared at a later time.
