Lahore (Staff Report/Agencies): The Lahore High Court (LHC) will hear Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz’ petition seeking to remove her name from the Exit Control List (ECL) on Monday (December 9).
A two-member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqir Najfi will hear Maryam's petition.
Maryam Nawaz has expressed concern for her father's health and requested the court to allow her to travel abroad for six weeks.
Last month, the LHC granted bail to Maryam Nawaz in the Chaudhry Sugar Mills (CSM) case.
The PML-N leader was arrested by NAB in August and has been in custody of the accountability watchdog, which accused her of corruption and corrupt practices as defined under section 9(a) of NAO 1999 and schedule thereto and AML Act 2010.
