Islamabad to host global industrial fair aimed at boosting trade links

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA), in collaboration with the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce, has announced an upcoming international industrial fair in the federal capital. The event is being positioned as a platform for economic collaboration and cross-border trade development.

Renowned business groups and enterprises from countries including China, Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, and several others are expected to set up exhibitions, introducing a wide variety of international products to the Pakistani market.

The expo will not only spotlight foreign goods and innovations but also offer space for government and private stakeholders to sign memorandums of understanding (MoUs) to promote mutual business interests.

Officials believe the event will open new trade corridors between Pakistan and participating nations, encouraging long-term economic cooperation and investment.

The initiative marks a significant step in Pakistan's efforts to strengthen international partnerships and diversify its industrial landscape.
