Gold price decreases by Rs2000 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold witnessed a notable decline, dropping by Rs2,000 to settle at Rs318,000 per tola, down from Rs320,000 in the previous trading session.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA), the price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs4,715, moving from Rs274,348 to Rs272,633, while the cost of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also experienced a drop of Rs1,572, falling from Rs251,494 to Rs249,922.

In the silver market, the per tola price of silver declined by Rs50, decreasing to Rs3,170 from Rs3,220. The price of 10 grams of silver also fell by Rs43, from Rs2,760 to Rs2,717.

In the international market, gold prices softened by $28, slipping from $3,038 to $3,010 per ounce. Silver followed suit, experiencing a dip of $0.71, with the price retreating from $30.30 to $29.59 per ounce.
