Interior Minister Naqvi orders reforms during surprise visit to CDA Facilitation Centre

Islamabad (Web Desk): Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to the Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) Facilitation Centre in Islamabad.

During his visit, he expressed displeasure over the large crowds and lengthy queues that citizens had to endure at the service counters.

The minister directed the authorities to renovate the centre’s premises and increase the number of counters to ease the pressure and reduce waiting times.

Naqvi further directed officials to improve the overall service delivery and make sure members of the public receive assistance without unnecessary delays.

The interior minister also emphasized the need to shift the facilitation centre’s operations to a fully digital system.

He assured the people that clear improvements would be visible at the facilitation centre within a month.
