CM Maryam says over 1,000 'Clinics on Wheels' providing healthcare services in Punjab

Lahore (Web Desk): Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced that 55,000 community health inspectors will be actively working to provide the best possible healthcare services to residents across the province.

Addressing the passing-out ceremony of community health workers in Lahore, she highlighted that these inspectors have been equipped with digital tablets to create detailed health profiles for every household.

The Punjab CM said that the collected data would be entered into a disease-monitoring portal, helping authorities detect emerging health trends and respond swiftly.

Maryam Nawaz Maryam said that over 1,000 “Clinics on Wheels” are currently operating throughout Punjab, delivering medical services directly to streets and neighbourhoods, ensuring healthcare reaches people wherever they live.
