Gold price decreases by Rs3,000 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold saw a significant drop, decreasing by Rs3,000 per tola, settling at Rs304,000 on Thursday, down from Rs307,000 the previous day.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also fell by Rs2,571, reaching Rs260,630, compared to Rs263,203 earlier.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold dropped by Rs2,359, now priced at Rs238,919, a decrease from Rs241,278.

On the silver front, prices remained steady, with the cost of one tola of silver holding at Rs3,369, and the price of 10 grams at Rs2,888.

Globally, the price of gold softened by $28, moving from $2,921 to $2,893, while silver prices held firm at $32.32 per ounce, showing no movement in international markets.
