Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold saw a decline of Rs1,000 per tola, closing at Rs274,700 on Friday, compared to Rs275,700 in the previous trading session.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold fell by Rs578, settling at Rs235,511 from Rs236,368, while the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold dropped to Rs215,885 from Rs216,671.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged, with per tola silver priced at Rs3,400 and per 10 grams at Rs2,914.95.
In the global market, gold prices also saw a slight dip, decreasing by $10 to $2,635 from $2,645, according to the association.
