Karachi (Web Desk): The trend of falling gold prices continued today in both global and local markets.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of gold in the international bullion market dropped by $10 per ounce, bringing it down to $3,970.
The impact of the global market decline was also seen in local markets, where the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs. 1,000, settling at Rs. 419,362. Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams dropped by Rs. 857, with the new price set at Rs. 359,535.
It is worth noting that yesterday, the price of gold had already fallen by Rs. 3,500 per tola, marking a significant overall reduction in gold prices over the past two days.
